The Alice Springs Steiner School, located just 10 minutes from Mparntwe / Alice Springs, is looking for a passionate and compassionate Individual Support Assistant (ISA) to join our vibrant and creative school community. About the Role: As an Individual Support Assistant (ISA), you will work under the guidance of the Classroom Teacher and Learning Support Coordinator. You’ll support students with additional learning needs by assisting with classroom activities, school routines, and the care and management of students with disabilities and learning difficulties.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, working effectively with parents and teachers.
- Bring empathy, patience, curiosity, and a non-judgmental attitude to your work.
- Have some knowledge of the challenges children face with learning difficulties (an advantage).
Qualifications:
- Eligibility to obtain a current Working with Children Card (Ochre Card)
- Qualifications in Education and/or Education Support are highly desirable.
