The Steiner School approach is unique in that the College of Teachers formally guides the school. The College of Teachers is a body made up of educational staff at the school. There is no principal and all educators stand as equals amongst colleagues, working cooperatively towards a shared ideal.

Each week College meets to support and consult with one another in educational matters and to discuss, formulate and review school curriculum and educational policy.

The legal and financial responsibility for the school rests with the School Council, which is composed of Chairperson, Deputy Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, elected members and teachers.

The responsibility of the Council is to make possible, physically and financially, the educational work of the school. All parents are encouraged to participate.
